Here is a photo of Sheila, Sarah, James (my two kids) and me in Key
West. We went spinning everyday (sometimes twice a day). Getting ready
for the Ride to Conquer Cancer. Can’t wait for the ride and spinning is
a great winter sport for the riders in the crowd!!!! Spin on! To all
