Last night at the Cricket Club in Toronto we were delighted to participate in the official launch of the Joe’s Team Sprint Triathalon. We all spoke about Joe and miss him terribly but the night was an upbeat success! Cara and Larry and Steve spoke so well as did Dr. Fei Fei Liu. We also celebrated the expansion of the Joe’s Team event to Calgary! Can’t wait to hit Lake Joe in July and to do the Tri with about 500 supporters and friends. Joe, your inspiration filled the room last night although we (I) miss you! Another sure sign of Spring is the Harry’s Spring Runoff at Hyde Park this Saturday morning. While it is always a cool morning the spirit and energy of the Harry Rosen event for prostate cancer research is incredible. Larry Rosen is looking fit and fast……the cool Lime Green shirts and bags are big hits with all the participants. These two events mean SPRING IS TRULY HERE!!!! Special thanks to Cara Finley and Larry Rosen for the leadership and passion which go into these two very special events!!!!
