I have been nervously watching the Weather Channel for the last 2 weeks hoping to get an indication of the weather forecast for this June 12th and 13th weekend. Our Ride to Conquer Cancer is fully planned, we have looked and re-looked at every detail as best we could. We are seeing some wonderful fundraising successes with lots and lots of money still to come in! I have had my bike tuned and even got new tubes and tires for my bike. Sarah, Sheila and I are riding together again this year. Forecast is for HOT HOT HOT weather on Saturday and probably Sunday too. So don’t forget plenty of sun screen and lots of water on the route. We are just so focused on a safe and happy ride for everyone. Safety is our absolute #1 concern. At the same time, we are SOOOOOOOOO Grateful to the riders, volunteers, patients, donors, and all who have done so much for this extraordinary event!!!! See you “On the Route”!
